Warranty Information

All Our Products Comes With Limited Warranty, All Products Have  Different Type Of Limited Warranty. Please Send Us Message Or Do an Enquiry For Products warranty Period and Type of Warranty  For Product You are Buying From Our Company, Any Product Under Warranty Customer Need to Send Goods Back With Original Purchasing Invoice to Our Warehouse to Test And Proceed. Please Note If Product Label Removed Then Warranty Expired , If Product Is Under warranty as Per invoice And Company Discontinued That Item or Company does Not Make that item Anymore Then We Will replace The Product  With New Model Or Similar Product With Same Or Less Value At the time of Warranty claim File. applicable to the original purchaser as identified on the purchase invoice.

 

What is not covered

The Warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to non-M.T.C Canada products, purchases from unauthorized resellers, or services including shipping cost, installation for, or removal of products.Or Any other Inconvenience Happens During Use Of Products ,Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or negligence. M.T.C Canada cannot warrant against damages or delay caused by transportation, carrier, or acts of God. Should there be a mistake on your order, contact us within 7 business days upon delivery, our customer support can best guide you to a solution.

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as accessories or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken mounts connectors unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

 
Warranty disclaimers, brochures, labels, badges found in packaging do not apply to clearance items. No additional offers or discounts are applicable to clearance items.
 
Warranty Does Not include : Any Physical Damage, Abuse, Water Damage Or Condensation.
*Condensation Phenomenon can be found in most lights because it is a physical reason , therefore a replacement for the item is not admissible.It is not technical Defect in regards to Warranty.
 
To Begin Our Warranty Claim: 
* You Must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA). To get your RMA Number, please email us.
*Once you have a RMA Number the product must be shipped back to M.T.C Canada Warehouse.
*Please include a copy of your original Invoice(Proof Of Purchase). If you have not regisetered your purchase online.
*Please be sure your RMA Number is clearly marked on your Documentation , as well as on the outside of the packaging used for shipping.
*Please include a short note on the problem you are experiencing.
*Please save your Return Tracking Number.
 
By Completing the steps above, this will ensure faster procesing of your claim. So thay M.T.C Canada get your product back to you as soon as possible.
 

Return Policy:

If Customer Bought any Product From Us And No longer Need ,Return can be Made With in 7 days Of Period Of Purchase could be return With Original Packing receipt and the product need to be  In Original Packing And Not been Installed with 20% Restocking and And Customer need to Send Goods Back to Our Warehouse.
